As you will be aware, we are holding our annual Sports Day on Saturday 5th July. Yet again we will be at the mercy of the weather.

The day will begin at 2 pm and we would be most grateful if the children could be here by 1.30 pm at the latest and assemble in their house lineups.

This year, sports day will be held on our new playing fields. The field is accessible from the road, see the map overleaf. Please do not drive on the putting greens.

Prizes will be distributed from the terrace at the rear of the swimming pool. There is once again an exciting and diverse lineup of races and field events, that should entertain all those taking part and of course their fans.

The children taking part will all need -

1. •A white t-shirt
   

2. •Their blue games shorts/culottes
   

3. •A pair of trainers/running shoes
   

It is hoped that sports day will be over by 4.30, including prize giving.

In the event of bad weather, sports day will be postponed and completed during the week.

If the forecast is bad, please telephone the school at around 12.00 noon on the Saturday morning to establish whether we have had to postpone.
