I am very glad that I can write a paragraph on how good art is in the school. We have done many sorts of art. We also do History of Art where we learn about painters and art movements. The paintings that our class (UV & MV) are doing now are based on Impressionist pictures and we stick coloured tissue on to paper. All week the one lesson I look forward to is Art. We do all kinds of imaginative things. My favourite is when you paint your feelings on to the picture as in Abstract Art. Another reason why it is good is that we have the best art teacher, Mrs Cooke,  teaching us!!

Art is really good. It’s been good for a very long time. I have enjoyed it this year. We draw, paint and make things out of clay. We learn about artists like Van Gogh.
