Art

The award winning Art department teaches drawing, painting, pottery design and craft and is one of the few prep school departments that teaches History of Art from year 2.

The department has a long tradition of maintaining links with community art projects and successfully competes in many art and design projects.

The annual exhibition is one of the highlights of the school calendar. The high standard of work on display is a testimony to the importance of art in the life of the school and the excellence of the teaching.

The school has a proud tradition of art scholars, whose work has been of such a high standard that public schools have welcomed them with art scholarships.
